In Bocairent, every moment of the year has the right sweets.<\/p>\n<p>And to accompany these sweets nothing better than the herbero. The contest consists of two parts: the first, in which a &#8220;borreta&#8221; dish is made, and the second, in which the participants prepare a dish with bushmeat and different species of mushrooms. This event has already made a space in the calendar after more than ten editions.<\/p>\n<p>The recipes of the dishes that have participated in the contest during the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 have been collected in a recipe book that can be downloaded.
